1. The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has commenced the 2022/2023 enlistment process of suitable qualified graduates andpost-graduates as Direct Short Service (DSSC) cadets in various professions. Interested applicants must be Nigerian citizens, single and must be between the ages of 20 and 30 years.
2. Additionally, applicants must possess a minimum qualification of Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit from recognized Universities, Polytechnics and other tertiary institutions. Candidates should also note that NYSC discharge certificate is compulsory.
3. Interested applicants are to apply online via NAF recruitment portal at www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng from 19 December 2022 to 30 January 2023.
4. Meanwhile, applicants are to note that NAF enlistment processes are FREE OF CHARGE and no payment should be made at any point of the exercise.
5. Be informed also that the NAF has NOT commissioned any agent or person(s) to carry out any activity related to enlistment into the Service.
6. Applicants should therefore be weary of fake agents and fake online portals out there to prey on innocent and unsuspecting Nigerians.
List of Successful Candidates for Nigerian Air Force Basic Military Training Course (BMTC 43/2022)
1. Sequel to the Nigerian Air Force Selection Board Interview for Basic Military Course (BMTC 43/2022), the list of successful candidates whose names appear below are to report to Military Training Centre
Nigerian Air Force Base, Kaduna on Friday 6 January 2023. Any candidate who fails to report by 6:00pm on Saturday 7 January 2023 will forfeit the training slot. Selected candidates will be received on arrival by the Nigerian Air Force Recruitment Centre Kaduna and must come along with the ORIGINAL and photocopies of their credentials which include First School Leaving
Certificate, NECO/WAEC/NABTEB results, Birth Certificate/ Declaration of Age and Letter of State of O ri g i n , N i g e r i a n A i r F o r c e A p p l i c a n t Acknowledgement Card, Signed Attestation of Parent/Guardian Consent Form and Local Government Area Attestation Form. Any candidate who fails to present originals of the stated documents will not be accepted into the Military Training Centre.
In addition, successful candidates are to come along with the following items:
a. 2 pairs of white T-shirts.
b. 2 pairs of blue physical training shorts.
c. 2 pairs of white canvas shoes (Not rubber).
d. 3 pairs of white socks.
e. 2 pairs of complete National dress.
f. 2 white shirts.
g. 1 black tie.
h. 2 black trousers.
i. 3 pairs of smart casuals.
j. Apack of 50 face masks
k. 200 ml hand sanitizer
l. 4 passport photographs.

3. Candidates upon resumption for training into the
Military Training Centre are full time trainees (recruits) and not employees in training until successful completion of training.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Each successful candidate is to report to Nigerian
Defence Academy, RIBADU Cantonment, Kaduna with the following:
a. Original credentials including online print out that
bears his/her passport photograph(s).
b. Four copies of 5x7 coloured photographs in suit and in
full standing position without cap/hat.
c. Two pairs each of white (unmarked) round neck vests and navy
blue short (without stripes).
d. Two pairs of pure white canvas/trainers (rubber type NOT acceptable).
e. A pair of navy blue track suits (without stripes).
f. Two pairs of white bed sheets and pillow cases for 8
spring bed.
g. One blanket (grey or army green colour).
h. A set of cutlery.
i. One pair of national dress, one pair of black suit and 2
pairs of casual wears.
j. One pair of white shirt, one pair of blue shirt and a
black tie.
k. A pair of black belt.
l. Four pairs of white socks and 2 pairs of black socks.
m. A set of wrist watch.
n. A pair of black laced shoes.
o. A pair of swimming trunk.
p. Pressing iron.
q. Toiletries.
2. Female candidates should come along with the following
items in addition:
a. One pair of black low heel cover shoes.
b. Two black lounge skirts.
c. A pair of trouser suits.
d. Two pairs of black short tight.
3. Serving military personnel are to come along with release
letters and passes from their commanders/commanding officers.
4. Successful candidates who fail to report within the stated period will forfeit their positions.
