Job Position: Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Improve operational systems,
processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
- Contribute towards the
achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives.
- Cater to clients' or
personnel's concerns and oversee their wellbeing.
- Review and revise SOPs as
needed.
- Examine financial
data/statements and use them to improve profitability.
- Involve in recruitment and
onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure compliance of company
policies.
Requirements
- Adequate knowledge of
organisational effectiveness and operations management
- Budget development and
oversight experience
- Leadership and organisational
skills
- Good communication and
interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with business and
financial principles and practices
- Ability to effectively
communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Highly creative and innovative
Salary
Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
