We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Personal Assistant to MD
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • We are currently seeking a highly organized and articulate individual to join our team as a PA to the MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth operations.


  • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments for the Managing Director.
  • Complete reports and compose confidential correspondence.
  • Represent the MD in selected meetings.
  • Accompany the MD to events and handle necessary arrangements.
  • Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Compile documents for business or travel-related meetings.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the MD's calendar.
  • Plan meals and trips for the MD and ensure the MD's office is well-organized.


  • HND / BSc with 1-2 years of experience as PA or related roles
  • Resides around Lekki Phase 2 (key factor)
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the MD professionally.
  • Strong command of English, both written and oral communication skills.
  • Well-presented with a good dressing sense.
  • Proficient in using MS Word and Excel.
  • Capable of preparing and tendering reports effectively.
