Job Description

  • We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
  • Your main objective will be to understand each client's unique needs and goals, and proactively provide exceptional service and support, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the client portfolio
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to enhance service offerings and meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and maintain knowledge of the company's products services.
  • Resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with clients in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills(writing/speaking).
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
