Description
- We are looking for an Account
Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong
relationships with our clients.
- Your main objective will be to
understand each client's unique needs and goals, and proactively provide
exceptional service and support, ensuring client satisfaction, retention,
and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong
relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives
and providing strategic solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of
contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring
customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business
opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the
client portfolio
- Negotiate contract terms and
pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term
partnerships.
- Conduct market research and
gather customer feedback to enhance service offerings and meet client
needs.
- Conduct regular business
reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify
areas for growth.
- Analyze market trends and
competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales
presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry
developments and maintain knowledge of the company's products services.
- Resolve conflicts and handle
difficult situations with clients in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Identify upselling and
cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
Key
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration or related field with 3 - 5 years of relevant work
experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication
skills(writing/speaking).
- Exceptional time management
skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
