We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Relations Specialist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall customer service excellence, service quality and customer relationship.
  • Sustain and consolidate customer relationship, retentions and value.
  • Respond to customers requests, queries and concerns.
  • Drive customer retention strategies and improve customer loyalty.
  • Approach and manage customer crisis in an objective manner.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and versatility with CRM softwares.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Emotional intelligence as a skill.
  • People and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in any discipline.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience required.
  • Logistics experience preferred but not required
  • Must be living around Ikeja / Ogba / Magodo and environs
  • Must be willing to resume immediately.
