Job Position: Customer Relations Specialist
Job Location: Ikeja,
Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall
customer service excellence, service quality and customer relationship.
- Sustain and consolidate customer
relationship, retentions and value.
- Respond to customers requests,
queries and concerns.
- Drive customer retention strategies
and improve customer loyalty.
- Approach and manage customer crisis
in an objective manner.
- Excellent multitasking skills and
versatility with CRM softwares.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
- Emotional intelligence as a skill.
- People and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in any
discipline.
- Previous customer service or call
center experience required.
- Logistics experience preferred but
not required
- Must be living around Ikeja / Ogba
/ Magodo and environs
- Must be willing to resume
immediately.
