Job Overview:
Help complete the sales
process and manage the company’s property database. Relate with clients both
physically and virtually to enable them to make a good home purchase for their
families and loved ones.
Responsibilities:
1. Attending to all
customers who want to purchase properties from the company’s estates.
2. Attending to
customer enquiries pertaining properties for sale.
3. Opening files for
all customers.
4. Issuing receipts of
confirmed payments to all customers.
5. Conducting search in
all the company’s estates.
6. Giving allocation
letters and relevant documents to all fully paid customers.
7. Handling the
company’s social media handles.
8. Responding to all
customer’s enquiries on social media.
9. Engaging all
customers on social media.
10. Social media
marketing
11. Managing and
updating the company’s property database
