Ginos Ventures Ltd is currently seeking candidates with a medical sales background, who will promote and sell our company products and maintain client relationships within their assigned territory.
Job Description:
1)
Developing innovative strategies to increase sales within your assigned
territory.
2)
Research new clients for company products.
3)
Deliver company products to clients within your assigned territory.
4)
Present or perform product demonstrations to prospective clients.
5)
Participate in industry or promotional events, meet new clients and sell
company products.
6)
Monitor the activities of the competition within your assigned territory.
7)
Maintaining solid working relationships with clients by ensuring that their
needs are met and complaints are resolved promptly.
8)
Ensuring that brand awareness in your assigned territory is in line with the
expectations of the organization.
9)
Meet/Exceed sales targets.
10)
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
11)
Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a
medical-related field is desired.
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales
experience, especially in the Medical/Pharmaceutical Sector.
- Must be resident in Abuja, and
familiar with the locations of health institutions in Abuja.
- Must be able to drive a car.
- Effective communication skills.
- Great customer service skills.
- Sound negotiation & sales
skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
