A Regional Sales Manager opportunity in Global Refrigeration company, + 5 years experience in commercial refrigeration industry is needed in Nigeria.

Our client is a world leader in the manufacturing and production of commercial refrigeration units to various industries.

The organisation employees over 5,000 staff globally and exports to over 60 countries.

Job Description

The successful incumbent within the Regional Sales Manager (Nigeria and West Africa) role based in Lagos, Nigeria will be responsible for the following:

·        Ensure the growth and profitability of the business services portfolio through the development and implementation of management, monitoring and communication strategies with clients to increase and reinforce the value of the assigned portfolio.

·        Identify new business opportunities with active customers, providing them with new service tools that fall within the company's catalogue.

·        Manage budgets to maximise the use of resources.

·        Develop and present proposals for sales leaders in the development of new businesses

·        Implement and improve processes as advice corresponding to services to new customers.

·        Serve as a key link between buyer and operations teams to ensure the functionality of the services in a timely manner.

·        Responsible for sales quota, demand planning strategy and customer service KPIS.

The Successful Applicant

We require the successful incumbent within the Regional Sales Manager (Nigeria and West Africa) role to have the following profile:

·        Business related Degree or diploma a plus

·        Minimum 5 years Experience in commercial Cooling and refrigeration industry

·        5 years experience in B2B sales

·        Fluency in business English, French a plus
