Chelis is currently recruiting interested and qualified Brand Business Officers in Nigeria. Here are the requirements and how to apply.

·        The successful applicant will work closely with the GMD/CEO on book/magazine publishing and illustrations, schedule business activities with clients, marketing the brand’s workshop and training to prospects, planning and overseeing the logistics of scheduled events, and other business activities.

·        The ideal applicant must possess exceptional communication, organization, interpersonal and graphic skills, with a creative and innovative approach to their work.

·        This is a full-time, on-site position. While the applicant must live in Lagos, they should be ready to travel to other locations at short notices.


1. Be part of the publishing team with focus on graphic illustrations.

2. Act as a personal assistant to the CEO, handling administrative tasks as required: reading and responding to emails; answering and responding to calls/messages on the designated official phones; maintaining confidential files and documents.

3. Liaising with other staff on matters relating to the organization's operations.

4. Researching and preparing reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondence and other routine documents.

5. Schedule business activities with clients and ensure all meetings are organized and executed effectively.

6. Market the brand’s workshops and training programs to prospects, using various channels such as social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.

7. Plan and oversee the logistics of scheduled events, ensuring all details are attended to and the events are executed successfully.

8. Use initiative and creativity to contribute to the development of the brand's marketing and business strategies.

9. Create and curate content for various marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, website, and other platforms.

10. Possess a high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

11. Maintain a polished and refined appearance at all times, reflecting the professional image of the brand.


1. Bachelor's degree/HND in any discipline (with a minimum of second class lower).

2. Good command of the English language.

3. Excellent proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).

4. Excellent proficiency of graphic design apps: Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Corel Draw, and other relevant applications.

5. Must be able to work effectively and meet deadlines.

6. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

7. Must appear well groomed and well-dressed at all times.

8. Knowledge of driving skills will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₦120,000.00 - ₦220,000.00 per month
