Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and lead a team of fitness trainers, front desk staff, and cleaning personnel.

·        Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and equipment is well-maintained.

·        Develop and implement membership and retention strategies.

·        Oversee member registration, payment processing, and inquiries.

·        Create and maintain a safe and motivating gym environment.

·        Schedule and coordinate fitness classes and training sessions.

·        Monitor and manage the gym's budget, including expenses and revenue.

·        Develop and enforce gym policies and safety procedures.

·        Promote and organize marketing events and promotions to attract new members.

·        Stay updated on fitness trends, equipment, and training techniques.

·        Provide exceptional customer service and address member feedback and concerns.


·        Proven experience in fitness and gym management.

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

·        Knowledge of fitness equipment and training programs.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Business acumen with budget management experience.

·        Customer-focused with a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.

·        Relevant fitness certifications or education is a plus.

·        Proficiency in fitness software and management tools.

·        Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: ₦180,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
