As Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading sales
initiatives, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic plans to enhance
the overall sales performance within our restaurant operations.
This position requires exceptional leadership, sales expertise, and a
passion for the QSR Industry.
Strategy Development and Execution:

Responsible
for developing and implementing strategic sales plans and objectives aligned
with the company's growth targets and market trends.
·
Identify
growth opportunities, target markets, and customer segments for sales
expansion.
·
Develop
and implement Sales metrics that enables informed decision.
Revenue Generation:
·
Leading
the sales team in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and
maximizing profitability through effective sales strategies and promotions.
·
Identifying
emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
·
Identify,
and close sales opportunities within assigned accounts and geographic
territory.
Relationship Management:
·
Building
strong relationships with existing and potential customers,
·
Maintaining
and Developing relationships with Key Clients
·
Generating
leads in nurturing and establishing client relationships
·
Responsible
for acquiring and retaining customers through targeted digital sales campaigns,
utilizing other marketing strategies to drive online and offline sales traffic.
Leadership and Development:
Providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team,
·
Promoting
a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth and development.
·
Leading
and monitoring the performance of the sales Team
·
Collaborating
with restaurant operations teams to align sales strategies with operational
capabilities.
·
Lead
and inspire a team of growth marketers, providing mentorship, guidance, and
professional development opportunities.

Collaborate
with various departments, including operations, finance, Brand marketing and
technology, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
·
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, emerging
trends, and areas for improvement in restaurant sales and operations.
·
Collaborating
with the marketing team for lead generation
·
Conduct
competitor surveys and recommend strategies based on market intelligence.
·
Leveraging
on data analytics to understand customer behaviour, preferences, and trends,
using insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Budget Management:
·
Developing
and managing the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve
maximum ROI.
·
Monitor
expenses and allocate resources effectively to achieve sales targets while
maintaining cost efficiency.
Sales Reporting and Supervision:
·
Preparing
regular sales reports and analytics, evaluate performance metrics.
·
Identifying
areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.
·
Implement
sales Initiatives.
·
Plan,
schedule, coordinate, review, and report on the work of Sales Team
·
Ensure
periodic Sales reports/metrics to Managing Director
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦700,000.00 - ₦900,000.00 per month
Experience:
In Sales or marketing in food service industry: 8 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Membership of the ICPS, ISMMN, Google IQ analytics (Required)
