Microsoft’s HR team is looking for an HR Analyst with a
vision for strategy, strong customer focus, brilliant consulting capabilities
and exceptional analytical skills.
In this role you will advise the HR Line
through data-based insights and compelling storytelling to achieve business
objectives, people priorities, and enable deep insights for
the HR Line supporting key people and organization decisions and
initiatives.
Also, will partner to grow data capability and
enable modern data solutions that enhance HR Line organizations’ work with
data.
Qualifications
- Currently
pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics,
Information Technology, or related field. (graduation date: July 2025 and
onwards)
- Experience
in HR data analysis, business intelligence, or a related
field.
- Advanced
skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Presentation
skills: strong
communication and presentation skills ,building meaningful slides,
presenting them effectively to senior level and management, responding to
questions on-the-fly based on in-role business context and insight.
- Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and
high commitment to accuracy and auditing.
- Ability
to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)
- Programming
Skills: Knowledge
of programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and
analysis.
- Familiarity
with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other
HR software.

Responsibilities
In this strategic role, you will partner with HRLT and
Business Leaders, to understand the business and people priorities while
discovering ways to measure and analyze their big bets related to D&I,
Career Development, Employee Voice etc.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading and
consulting through ambiguity, presenting and consulting with Senior Leaders
across the Company and is a creative problem solver that recognizes
opportunities.
You will have the ability to think strategically at a high level
and be able to effectively problem solve, and project manage across all layers
of the organization. All with the highest focus for customer obsession.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize
HR data to create insightful reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.

Design
an analytical approach, and deliver research and findings using data,
visualizations, and effective storytelling techniques.

Identify
trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR metrics to support data-driven
decision-making.

Collaborate
with HR business partners to assist in the workforce planning\ changes
activities by providing data-driven insights into staffing levels, turnover,
and talent acquisition needs.
Data Governance:
o Establish and maintain data quality
standards for HR data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o Collaborate with HR managers to
implement data governance best practices.
o HR Metrics and KPIs:
o Define and monitor key HR performance
indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
o Develop and maintain a set of
standard HR metrics to measure workforce trends and productivity.
Business Insights:
o Provide strategic insights based on
HR data analysis, contributing to organizational planning and development.
o Translate findings into succinct,
actionable business insights, often in coordination with partners to help you
tell a holistic story.
o Work closely with HR and business
leaders to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Technology Integration:
o Stay updated on emerging HRBI
technologies and recommend enhancements to current systems.

o Conduct market research to analyze

o Evaluate salary ranges for various
positions within the organization.
o Collaborate with HRBPs and GTA team
to establish competitive and equitable compensation packages for new hires.

classification and adherence to organizational structures.
o Provide guidance to HRBPs (C&B
