Job Description

·        The Investor Services Client Services Officer is responsible for daily query management, detachment of shares and account services (opening, closure and amendment).

·        The Client services officer will be required to call-over pending emails & follow up with relevant units on pending mails.

·        To send weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders and ensure the emails are directed to the appropriate teams.


Minimum Qualifications

First Degree High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is an added advantage

Minimum Experience

Minimum of 4 years experience required within the financial services sector
