Qualifications/Candidate Profile
- A
university degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science or related
disciplines.
- Good
people management skills.

good knowledge of HR Information Systems processes and procedures.
- Excellent
knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSql, SAP, and PL/SQL.
- A
background knowledge of reporting development and integration.
- Good
knowledge of system testing and debugging. ? Exceptional MS Excel
skill.
- Good
communication skills.
- Good
knowledge of middle tier software development tools like C#.NET,
Java
- Good
knowledge of Javascript frameworks e.g. Angular, React and CSS.
- Working
experience in a similar position and environment.

support the HR unit in conceptualization, development, and management of HR
Systems with focus on the availability, confidentiality and integrity of data
at all time.

- Follow up on implementation of

forwarded to the HRIS team are implemented.
- Ensure availability of the HR
Systems and application at all times.
- Advise Users on the Business
processes for daily activities.
