We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised Administrative Officer who possesses a growth mindset to join our awesome HR and People team. This role will report into our Lead Operations Manager and be based in our Nigeria office.

Role Responsibilities
- Keep the front desk organised and
presentable, with all necessary equipment (pens, forms, paper etc)
- Answer various queries and address
complaints
- Answer all incoming calls, taking
messages and redirecting calls if required
- Receiving office letters, packages
and distribute them accordingly
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting
correspondence and securing parcels
- Check, sort and forward any
relevant emails
- Monitoring office supplies and
place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Greeting and welcoming people as
they approach the front desk
- Liase with vendors when required.
- Take up other duties as assigned
(travel arrangements, schedules etc)
Requirements/Eligibilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
such as Excel and Word (essential)
- Proven experience as front desk
representative, agent or similar position
- Familiarity with office equipment
(e.g. fax, printer, computers, monitors)
- Knowledge of office management and
basic book keeping
- Proficient in English (oral and
written)
- Strong communication and people
skills
- Great organizational and
multi-tasking abilities
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Solid customer service skills
- High School diploma; additional
qualifications (beneficial)
